Changing the dated impressions of museums, National Museum of Singapore transforms the gallery experience by blending technology and storytelling

Immersive, Interactive and Intelligent, the Museum Experiential Guide (MEG), a short-listed submission for National Museum of Singapore’s DigiMuse, brings the museum experience to new heights. Pioneered by Digimagic, it enhanced the museum experience of having a digital guide using Augmented Reality (AR) and brought exhibits to life with an immersive mixed reality while guiding visitors through its halls with a way-finding avatar.

From creative re-enactment of past incidents, to gamification, visitors also get to virtually interact with real museum artefacts – while customising their journey based on their interests.
